"Located on the casino floor a few steps from the poker lounge, Posh Burger — Aria's in-house replacement for Southern California import Burger Lounge — offers seven burger choices, from a $12 traditional hamburger to a $23 half-pound “super deluxe” wagyu steak burger, plus a $16 vegetarian Impossible burger and the opportunity to indulge in one of the most luxuriant fast-food orders in Las Vegas. For diners playing out high-roller fantasies there's an eye-catching $100 Posh Royale Burger made with wagyu beef, truffle, foie gras, gold dust, a garnish of lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and the secret Posh sauce. In addition to fried chicken sandwiches, the menu includes sides of fries, onion rings or a 50/50 combination, jalapeño tater tots, and a garden salad. Currently open at 9 a.m., breakfast choices include egg and bacon sandwiches and a burger topped with an organic fried egg.
