"Stan Tankursley, an early founder of Tortilla Flats, has started selling Austin-style breakfast tacos by bike in front of Porto Rico Importing Co., at 201 Bleecker Street, near Sixth Avenue. The bike will remain on Saturdays (weather permitting), but now he’s added another location, at Lovely’s Old Fashioned burgers in Midtown.
