Founded by alums of Sweet Ritual, a now-shuttered vegan ice cream hit in Austin, Texas, Vaca’s has won over vegans and dairy-eaters all over town with oat milk-based soft serve in flavors like vanilla, chocolate, cherry, and piña colada.
