"Steps from the 606 on Western Avenue, this new West Town restaurant/marketplace from the team behind Little Bad Wolf and Gretel feels full of potential, with a bi-level setup: a restaurant, marketplace, and deli downstairs and a breezy second-floor cafe and lounge with plenty of outdoor seating. The menu spans pizzas, sandwiches, wings, and steak frites, but the burgers are the draw; my double-patty delivered the salty, umami-rich flavor bomb I was expecting, dressed with charred onion aioli, pickles, and cheese, with optional add-ons like an egg, bacon, or fried onion straws. They also do triple-patty and single-patty minis.
