"At LaGuardia Airport's Terminal B, I noticed that celebrity chef Dale Talde — who competed on two seasons of Top Chef — opened Talde Noodle Bar at the end of the year. The menu features ramen with cha siu pork, crispy chicken noodles, and a sausage, egg, and cheese fried rice, with prices ranging from $15 to $23. It's Talde's first restaurant in the city since he closed Talde in Brooklyn in 2019, and it helps cap off a busy year at LaGuardia alongside new additions like José Andrés's lounge and food-hall outposts of Chuko and Bubby's." - Luke Fortney
