What Does It Cost to Run a Restaurant During the Pandemic? - Eater Detroit

"Lester Gouvia, owner of Norma G’s Caribbean Cuisine in Jefferson Chalmers, chose to stay open for carryout during the pandemic and avoid some of those high reopening costs. His was among the first restaurants in the city to reopen for dine-in service, a move that he said has been successful thanks in part to the restaurant’s large dining room and patio seating areas." - Brenna Houck
