"Mort Subite, a Belgium beer bar in downtown Austin, is preparing for potential activity during SXSW 2021. Despite operating at about 22 percent of its pre-pandemic business, the bar is managing to pay the bills. Due to its bar status, it required a food operation to reopen and partnered with Classic American, a food truck relocated from Rainey Street, to serve whenever the bar is open.
