"The current Itamae location will be converted into the third installment of the group’s fast-casual Nikkei sushi counter, B-Side, joining existing branches inside Wynwood’s 1-800-LUCKY and at the Kaseya Center; B-Side Design District is described as an homage to the original Itamae location and will offer a more casual, quick-stop sushi option for shoppers and sightseers, featuring select à la carte dishes from Itamae’s greatest hits such as the Tiradito Apaltado and the Octopus and Hokkaido Scallop Bañaditos.
