"B-Side is located in 1-800-Lucky, a food hall with about six vendors serving different kinds of Asian food. There are a couple worth prioritizing. Jeepeny makes great Filipino food, but B-Side, a sushi vendor in the center of the space, is our favorite thing here. Their menu is mostly about sushi rolls, but there’s also some ceviche and rotating tiradito options. It’s a perfect call for cocktails and sushi rolls before stepping back out into the Wynwood jungle." - ryan pfeffer

"B-Side is a sushi spot inside a Wynwood food hall from the team behind Maty’s, the best Peruvian restaurant in Miami. While there are a few ceviches on the menu, B-Side is more of a casual place to grab some very good rolls. This is not subtle sushi. The rolls are packed with lots of sauces and ingredients—but it works and never tastes overwhelming. The little counter is smack in the center of 1-800-Lucky, an indoor/outdoor food hall with no shortage of alcohol options. But you don’t have to be in a party mood to appreciate B-Side. They have good sushi rolls, and very good ceviche and tiradito options (which makes sense since it's related to Maty's). "The third (and latest) from the Chang family, this fast-casual Nikkei sushi counter — already present in 1-800-LUCKY food hall and Kaseya Center — replacing its more upscale sister restaurant, Itamae. Siblings Nando and Val Chang, along with their father Fernando Chang, have won discerning hearts and palates with their creativity and unique use of flavors showcased in dishes like the Lost In Translation Roll (salmon, tuna, tobiko, crispy quinoa, and aji Camarillo) and Thirty-Three + A Third Roll (crispy white fish, avocado, smoked fish and acechado sauce)." - Alona Martinez
