"When it's Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and I don't want to cook or drive far, I head to a Tacos Tamix truck — they have locations throughout the Southland (Pico-Union, Mid-City, Santa Fe and Olympic, Culver City) and are a reliable spot for some of the region’s best tacos. The tortas, mulitas, and burritos are on point, the salsa bar is nicely assembled, and the operation is well-oiled so orders are produced within minutes.
