The tropical matcha mojito (made with white rum, mint, lime, matcha syrup, pineapple juice, soda water garnished with dehydrated pineapple and mint sprigs) was one of the best cocktails I’ve had this year – sweet, tangy, fruity, and unforgettable. The east coast oysters with cilantro mignonette were exceptional, their cheesesteak empanadas always hit the spot.
