Hotel Lincoln Unveils New Restaurant With a Dog-Friendly Patio and Bottomless Brunch | Eater Chicago

"Set across from Lincoln Park at the Hotel Lincoln’s odd corner of Clark, Lincoln, and Wells, I see Americano — the new hotel restaurant from design-focused restaurateur Adolfo Garcia — is filling a long-vacant, high-profile space and is scheduled to open Monday, June 17. The dog-friendly venue features an 81-seat patio overlooking the park and nods to the Chicago Cubs like brass bears in the entryway and ivy on the ceiling; they plan to attract sports fans with TVs and offer live music on weekends. According to a news release, the menu will include burgers, wings, deviled eggs with caviar, and oysters, with the hotel credo of “something for everyone” guiding the offerings; brunch will feature skillet cinnamon rolls and bottomless mimosas and sangria. Garcia, whose past projects include Broken English Taco Bar, Son of a Butcher, Point and Feather, and involvement with Dear Madison Oyster Bar, hopes to restore the roar after the Kennison closed in 2023." - Ashok Selvam
