"Goodnight Hospitality, the restaurant group behind Goodnight Charlie’s and more Montrose restaurants, is switching gears for its next project. The Houston Business Journal reports that Goodnight Hospitality wants to open a nine-room boutique hotel called the Montrose Hotel at the corner of Westheimer and Dunlavy. The plan is to open in late 2020, with a lounge, bar, and restaurant that will be exclusive to hotel guests." - Adele Chapin
