"I remember when there was a single Levain on West 74th Street, and I still go there for the blueberry muffin — it’s exactly as I remember it; their newer items have grown on me too, especially a seasonal lemon cookie introduced in March that might be the best thing they’ve made, and the Flatiron black-and-white chocolate chip is worth a visit, so here’s hoping they keep or bring back the lemon." - Charlotte Druckman
