"An 11-year-old casual spot dedicated to all-things egg sandwiches, the original Nolita location closed on Sunday, August 17. Opened in 2014 by co-owners and married couple Sarah Schneider and Demetri Makoulis with chef Nick Korbee, it focused on the name ingredient across breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos, plus plates like chilaquiles and Turkish eggs.
