The menu covers hot and cold coffee, hot dogs, and sandwiches, but the 6C is my go-to: a New York–style BEC riff that stacks thick bacon and a Jimmy Dean–esque sausage patty over fluffy scrambled eggs and melted American cheese on a croissant, all tightly wrapped in white butcher paper.
