Its four-course Thanksgiving menu is not just vegetarian but almost entirely vegan and gluten-free. The courses include: spiced apple parsnip soup with crispy Brussels sprouts; an arugula and radicchio salad; for the mains a choice of harvest nut roast with spiced heirloom carrot sauce or butternut squash, membrillo, stilton and winter greens in puff pastry with a caramelized onion gravy (both come with mashed potatoes and other sides); and desserts of either heirloom apple cheesecake or pumpkin pie.
