"A famed vegetarian restaurant in Madison Valley, known for its seasonal 'Spring English Tea experience' featuring decadent scones, finger sandwiches, and patisserie." - Harry Cheadle
"If your friends eat meat, take them to Cafe Flora anyway, and maybe just conveniently forget to mention that the menu is 100% vegetarian. This place is a reminder that naturally meatless things like nettle risotto, cheesy mashed potato tacos, and Italian black bean burgers with sun-dried tomato jam and basil pesto aioli are tasty no matter what you think about tofu. And the atmosphere in the atrium area is like eating inside a greenhouse." - aimee rizzo, kayla sager riley
"Cafe Flora has simple children’s menus that include the likes of black bean burgers, quesadillas, and pumpkin pancakes, depending on what meal you’re there for. The Madison Valley favorite also has crayon cups and even step stools in the bathrooms to help the little ones wash their hands. Standouts on the regular menus include tacos stuffed with cheesy mashed potatoes, biscuits with mushroom gravy, and of course the vegan cinnamon rolls. And everyone can appreciate the pretty indoor fountain and the lovely, leafy, sunlight-filled space in general." - Harry Cheadle
"For decades, this Madison Valley staple has been a go-to brunch spot for vegetarians and vegans. Beyond the breakfast basics, there’s a plethora of interesting menu items to explore. Starters like yam fries, coconut tofu lettuce wraps, and warm kale artichoke dip steal the show — but leave room for those vegan cinnamon rolls." - Sean Keeley, Eater Staff
"The Madison Valley vegetarian restaurant is offering a retreat for those who would prefer their food not to have legs and breasts. Its four-course Thanksgiving menu is not just vegetarian but almost entirely vegan and gluten-free. The courses include: spiced apple parsnip soup with crispy Brussels sprouts; an arugula and radicchio salad; for the mains a choice of harvest nut roast with spiced heirloom carrot sauce or butternut squash, membrillo, stilton and winter greens in puff pastry with a caramelized onion gravy (both come with mashed potatoes and other sides); and desserts of either heirloom apple cheesecake or pumpkin pie. The cost is $85 per adult and $28 per child (with their own menu) and $30 additional for wine parings. Reservations are available online starting November 1." - Eater Staff
