"A seafood-boil pop-up run by chef Tom Zahir Browne that staged a kitchen takeover in London and used ticket sales to support Hurricane Ida recovery efforts; during the takeover the operation pledged to donate £1 (or more) per ticket to local charities and mutual aid groups serving southern Louisiana.
