"Run by Jaime Soltero Jr., Tamale Boy is a popular Mexican restaurant brand that continues to operate in the Russell space while functioning as a tiny ghost-kitchen incubator that now houses other local businesses like Smokin Fire Fish; Soltero intends to introduce a torta concept in the same spot and is also opening a new Tamale Boy in Clackamas.
