"Opening November 1, Mainstay Independent is a brewery and tasting room run by Brian O’Reilly (coming from Pottstown’s Sly Fox Brewing Company) and Andrew Foss of St. Benjamin’s Brewing in Kensington; a short food menu will be provided by chef Adam Lazarick, culinary director for Hornik’s FCM Hospitality, alongside Parks on Tap chef Justin Koenig. The tasting room’s initial hours will be Wednesday to Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight, Saturday from noon to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m." - Rachel Vigoda
