"Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Golden Gate National Recreation Area encompasses sites such as Crissy Field, Muir Woods, Alcatraz Island, Ocean Beach, Lands End, and the Presidio. A collaboration with Headlands Brewing Company produced the Golden Gate West Coast IPA to benefit the area's nonprofit Conservancy; a joint press release emphasizes that for every 4-pack sold $1 will go to the National Parks Conservancy and that the money raised is “uniquely flexible for the Conservancy” and can be put toward “much-needed programs to expand equity of access.” The Conservancy also created the can artwork showcasing some of the city’s iconic parks." - Lauren Saria
