"The former Manhattan Beach Brewco has reopened as a splashy, well-appointed gastropub called Brewco Social from owner Michael Zislis and Redbird (and former Strand House) chef Neal Fraser overseeing the menu. The dishes are kind of all over the place in a way that most locals won’t care about. There’s blistered shishito peppers and California rolls next to pork schnitzel, lamb tacos, and spicy Korean pork spare ribs.
