"Piggyback by Pig & Khao, colloquially known as 'Piggyback,' is a restaurant located at West 30th Street and Seventh Avenue in New York City. The restaurant offers a pan–Southeast Asian menu that is playful and was initially very successful, attracting a diverse crowd including office workers, theater-goers, and tourists. However, the pandemic forced it to close for 17 months, and upon reopening, it has refocused as a destination restaurant with an emphasis on interactive dining experiences. A standout dish is the lamb rendang, served as a massive lamb shank with accoutrements for a shared, communal dining experience." - Rachel Sugar
