"Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite at the small corner bar, or taking over the long 10-top at its center, Paladar 511 is the place to be for a big, fun meal. The menu is all about pizza, pastas, and local produce. Start with the roasted squash and the arancini, which is stuffed with short rib and about as big as a softball. Then, head for the messy-but-worth-it Farm Egg pizza and squid ink spaghetti with calabrian chili butter that we’d happily buy by the jar.
