"Joséphine is a tiny French wine bar located on one of Rome’s prettiest streets. With just a few chairs and a cozy, long L-shaped booth, it’s the kind of place where you'll inevitably end up making friends with your neighbor. The owner (naturally, French) has put together a wine list and menu that reflect her roots, making you feel like you took a wrong turn at the Trevi Fountain and ended up in Paris. Get a light rosé from Provence or a bold bottle of Bordeaux, and pair it with luscious foie gras or a ham, butter, and cornichon sandwich.
