"Though Côté Est is in a restaurant space that sees more turnover than a seasonal Halloween store, we feel like it’s going to stick. On our recent visit, the very pretty restaurant was absolutely packed with people drinking wine and having a good time. Most of the food hovers right around pretty good, but it’s all crowd-pleasing.
