They’re golden-brown and delicate, like bite-sized donut holes, and feel like you’re sinking your teeth into a cloud. Life-altering potato puffs aside, this relaxed, neutral-toned spot from the Trick Dog people also has tinned fish, seasonal crudités, caviar, and other fancy bar snacks to go with an extensive menu of negronis, bloodies, and spritzes.
