"Morocco Bound Bookshop is where we take our jaded little selves when we need a reminder that London isn’t all Victoria line scraps, landlords not fixing ovens, and one-legged pigeons. The cafe-cum-bookseller is tucked down a charming Bermondsey street—a French brasserie beside it, a countryside-chic deli down the road. The area straddling the pavement and doorway is one of our favourites places to hide away with a good book, watching as stylish office workers turn the street into their catwalk and bibliophiles drift in to browse the well-stocked shelves. It’s worth keeping an eye on Morocco Bound’s website and socials: they host book clubs, comedy nights, and talks throughout the week." - Sinéad Cranna
