"If it’s raining - or you’re unlucky enough to be in town on the one day a year that Durham panics over a half-inch of snow - Hi-Wire is your best bet. You’ll find whatever you’re looking for on the beer list, including one of the best session IPAs we’ve ever had, but don’t leave without trying one of their sours or wild ales. There are also indoor picnic tables and games like ping pong and shuffleboard, as well as “soccer pool,” which replaces pool balls and cues with soccer balls and feet, and is so much harder than you think." - Christine Byrne
