"House of Thai is on the edge of Union Square and the Tendernob, but the Thai food is good and cheap enough to leave the shadow of Macy’s for 45 minutes to get lunch. The fried chicken is solid, but you should get the Gang Jerd Woon-Sen soup with ground pork, tofu, and silver noodles.
