"WASHINGTON DC DC isn’t known for being a pizza town, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find great pies here. Timber Pizza Company, a former food truck, is currently making DC’s best. There’s only a cramped back bar and a couple of indoor picnic tables typically filled with families wrangling excited kids, but the thin pizzas are all saucy with carefully paired toppings. Get the Bentley, a salty-sweet pie with chorizo, sopressa, juicy Peruvian sweet peppers, and a spicy honey that adds a little kick." - team infatuation
