"Radio East is pretty close to a carbon copy of the original Radio Coffee & Beer, except slightly cooler thanks to the stage out back where Santigold, Of Montreal, and The Damned have played. During the day, it’s an indoor-outdoor laptop haven. Everyone’s upping their AirPod volume to drown out the traffic on Montopolis Drive. By night, whether or not there’s a show booked, the place morphs into a boozy hangout, and people swap their cold brews for a $5 happy hour margarita.
