"Equal parts art gallery and cocktail bar, Papercut is unlike anything else in Austin. The menu is inspired by the work that’s on display throughout the room, and it changes every few months when the owners put up a different artist’s collection. The drinks we’ve tried so far have been excellent. The East Side spot is modern and sleek, with tiny tables anchored around a long metal bar in a dimly lit room. Come for the art, stay for the fancy cocktails. Or vice versa.
