"Kente Cones, a former pop-up that made frequent appearances at street fairs and festivals, has opened a brick-and-mortar in East New York. The African-inspired ice cream shop offers creatively named flavors, like Granny’s Favorite (butter pecan) and also a lot of vegan flavors, like Melanin Madness, a Ghanaian chocolate crunch.
