"Philly didn't have much in the way of breakfast tacos. And that was sad for us. Then Taco Heart opened, serving little Austin-style marvels on puffy, homemade flour tortillas. Our favorite version is the Migas Maximus with scrambled egg, sausage, jalapeño, queso, avocado, and half-crunchy-half-sogged tortilla chips. Get a couple of those and load up on salsas.
