Start off with a surprisingly soft cast-iron cinnamon roll (let’s be real, those things can be hard as rocks) with tangy cream cheese frosting before diving into more savory choices—we love the fried oyster benedict with its perfectly poached eggs, zesty Creole remoulade hollandaise, and lightly breaded oysters.
