And it’s hard to beat Marsh House for brunch when you want to celebrate an anniversary or because you woke up with a very specific craving for hollandaise on oysters. The menu has a wide array of seafood, including a raw bar, but the cast-iron cinnamon roll swirled with a tangy cream cheese frosting is a soft and doughy must. "Sometimes, it’s nice to pretend you’re brunching in Maine with your quiet luxury loafers and such. The sleek, sun-drenched Marsh House in the Thompson Hotel lobby will scratch that itch. Now, there’s really only one way to kick this thing off: a seafood tower. And this one will come with briny oysters, mussels, crab ravigote, smoked fish dip, and ceviche.
