"Tago is Midtown’s answer to “let’s just move to Tulum,” serving upscale Latin food late-night with beach club energy and a nightlife switch-up after dark—DJs, dancers, and plenty of tequila included. The menu swings from snacks like charred poblano guac and ceviche to bigger plates like duck mole and grilled quail, along cocktails like the Mayan Muse, a citrusy-sweet mix of lemonade, pineapple, and Grand Marnier that comes with its own mini-bottle of Don Julio.
