"SF is undoubtedly an ice cream city, and just when we thought we had hit our capacity on frozen dairy, along came Angela’s. The Petaluma-born ice cream shop opened their first San Francisco location in Noe Valley, and it’s already one of our favorites. We love the airy, almost mousse-like texture, and their expansive list of nearly 30 flavors. It ranges from the classics , to less conventional flavors like basque cheesecake and tiramisu. But the standout is the Lemon Bar, woven with strands of lemon curd and includes surprise pockets of shortbread." - patrick wong, julia chen 1, lani conway
