We loved visiting Golden Eye Social - a modern darts bar right next to Moscone! Highlights: 🎯 Think Top Golf for darts with digital scoring and games at six lanes 🧈 Delicious food including a “walking salad” in a chip bag with salmon roe and herbs and a Grande Butter Bar with 100-pound slab of butter. They said it’s only available for buy-outs but hopefully the walking salad gets added to the regular menu! 🍹 Expertly crafted cocktails (loved the little 🦆 on the lemon slice) from two bars 🛋️ Art Deco decor and vibes We will definitely be back.

Came here with a group of 10 to celebrate a birthday and it was such a great way to get the night started. We reserved 2 of the darts lanes for 90 minutes. Customer service was great, food & drinks were great and ambiance was clean & modern. The darts itself was so much fun & would definitely be back. Their Bullseye cocktail was a hit in our group and the food was better than your average bar food. My only complaint is that when we ordered the 2nd round of drinks it took a while to come out & we found ourselves being rushed to clear the area before the next reservations arrived. Also, everything was on the pricier end but it was worth the experience & friendly competition. Cheers!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely hostess and walked me to the bar. The ambience was looks great, warm, inviting, and fun. I sat at the bar and the bartender Saul welcomed me and quickly handed the menus to me and stated his favorite drinks and food items. I went with the dónde está la biblioteca? And it was fairly priced (especially being in SOMO) and tasted great, and the drink came with a little trinket that you can take home. Which was so cute! The Espresso martini was very creamy and fairly priced. I love my coffees and espresso martinis creamy, so when it came out like that without me requested it, was 👌🏼. I got the Oyster platter and it was fresh and good. The shoestring french fries was perfectly seasoned and tasted great. I also had the tuna with breadsticks and the touch of egg on top of the tuna was SO good and I typically don’t like tuna, but the touch of egg made it edible for me and would definitely be getting that again. You’re able to have a sit down dinner or eat at the bar. I chose to eat at the bar and there’s plenty of room for 3 shareable plates plus your drinks. We played darts and it was so much fun trying out all the different themed darts games. I just wish the games would make some noise or played memes whenever you complete missed. But still very fun! Definitely reserve a dart game before you eat so you can play it afterwards. 10/10! Will definitely go back after work and any day of the week to have a fun tome, alone or even with friends. The GM Carlo and staff made you feel welcomed and was always asking me if I needed anything while playing games. Worth it! Check it out!

Order Always on point! And the otter space was a fun foggy beer! We ordered a side of fries and had a drink and sat at the bar. It’s got a classy vibe and friendly staff. Levi, the bartender was ready with recommendations and served us right away. I love that we found this place!

We absolutely loved the mushroom steak and the fries; both were delicious. That mushroom steak, especially, felt pretty luxurious – definitely a treat for a special occasion rather than an everyday order. And our cocktails, a Manhattan and an Espresso Martini, were both well-made and enjoyable. Beyond the food and drinks, a fun surprise was their augmented reality darts. These aren't just regular darts; it's that cool setup with the 3D projectors, which made for a really unique and interactive game. We had a blast playing, and it was a bonus that it was free for us during our visit, though I understand it can typically cost around $45, so it's worth checking current pricing if you plan to play. However, where Golden Eye Social truly fell short was in its limited vegetarian and especially vegan options. Aside from the fries and the mushroom steak (which I suspect might have had egg, like other dishes), there was hardly anything else available for those looking for plant-based choices. In a city like San Francisco, where you're surrounded by restaurants boasting diverse and inclusive menus, this felt like a significant oversight. To truly appeal to a broader clientele and genuinely stand out in this competitive culinary landscape, they really need a more comprehensive and clearly labeled plant-based selection on their menu. Overall, Golden Eye Social offers a very stylish setting, good food and drinks, and some unique entertainment. If they could infuse a bit more warmth into the ambiance and significantly expand their inclusive menu options, it would truly elevate the experience.

Mike was the BEST bartender around! He's super outgoing, all the staff was extreamly friendly, food was EXCELLENT and drinks were OUTSTANDING!

This place is absolutely amazing! The cocktails are delicious and very well crafted. The service and the entire staff is amazing and you can tell they really love their job. From the host, to the server and the bartenders are always friendly, attentive and welcoming. The food is out of this world delicious. Our group loved the bone marrow, steak frites and the 2 dollar all day oysters always hits the spot I recommend this place for big groups that love fun cocktails, great food and of course the dart lanes are so much fun! Tell everyone you know about this place because it's going to be the hottest spot in SF

3.75 This new-ish restaurant/bar/entertainment space was about a block away from my office and we were looking for a spot to celebrate a friend's departure. My teammate made a reservation in advance, which was easy enough. The ten of us walked there and after only a minute or so of waiting, our table was ready. It was a high table, the chairs were comfy, and the table spacious. There were also hooks right behind us which was great for our purses and backpacks. We arrived during happy hour and they had a separate menu with things like salads, fries, oysters, sliders, etc. The whole table ordered drinks and we started off with two orders of fries, bread, shishito, one salad, and two orders of popcorn. A colleague came like 5 minutes later, and our waitress came back but instead of walking over to her to take her order, the waitress stood at the opposite end of the table to take her order. The music was loud and there was conversation, so naturally my colleague was saying what she wanted and the waitress couldn't hear. There was no lack of space, she could've easily walked over. After a couple of "What???'s" the waitress finally walked to the opposite end to take her order. Three of our colleagues are vegetarian, so veggie friends be warned - there aren't many options here. You can have popcorn, the shishito peppers (which actually are not even vegan because they have tuna salt on it), and the salad. The salad is delicious btw. We also asked our waitress for other vegetarian options and she recommended the seafood LOL. When we said that wasn't vegetarian, she said "Oh, because of the egg?" No, friend! Because of the seafood! We had some trouble ordering the oysters too - we tried to order them twice and there just seemed to be some misunderstanding about the amount. There's a minimum of 3 oysters per order, so we said three orders of three - which is NINE oysters. What came out was just three. So we ordered again :) Overall though the food was pretty good - bread soft and warm, butter amazing, salad a bit overdressed but DELICIOUS, pork belly sliders very filling for just two, oysters sweet and fresh, shishito peppers delectable, popcorn tasty but skippable, and drinks were all prettily made. The service could definitely use some work. Everyone is friendly and kind, and they definitely want to help, but the attention to detail and repeat-backs could use some support. Would go again for happy hour!

Great for corporate events and birthday parties. Dart games with automatic scoring, cocktails, and food. Drinks were pretty good, but food was underwhelming. Best cocktail was their take on a Naked and Famous with mezcal, Aperol, and yellow Chartreuse. Seven layer tuna tartare was quite bad, with 7 people we didn't even finish it. Salads were good but way too much dressing. French fries, sliders, and baked oysters were the highlights. Service was friendly but surprisingly not super attentive given how much we were ordering - we'd probably have gotten twice as many drinks and food if they checked back in more. I think they're still new though, so will give some grace. (They seemed a bit off their game, even spilled a bunch of drinks early on. ) But the 25% included gratuity is a bit much (20% tip + 4% surcharge which was calculated on top of the tax). Minus one star for that - I hate hidden fees.

Great food and had lots of fun playing the different dart games. Ambience was fun. Cocktails tasted great. I love mezcal and they had several mezcal options. Food-wise our group ordered: - tuna tartare - pork & kimchi sliders - shishito peppers - beef tongue - trout dip - steak frites I recommend ordering a bunch of food to share with friends. Only thing that was okay was the steak. I can tell it was cooked good, but it was small, super tough and chewy - not sure what cut they used but I would recommend using a better cut.

I had a blast at golden eye social a few weeks ago. You get 90 minutes to play as many games as you'd like. There are tons of fun games to choose from, even though I lost at all of them. The drinks and food were spot on too. Definitely plan on going again with a larger group soon.

Service was tremendous. Mike is the best bartender and drinks were delicious! We enjoyed the unique cocktail offerings. Only had one small appetizer but plan to return to try more of the food options (which sound and look great)! Good spot for before and after Giants games.

Very cute space - went for a happy hour of ~10 people around 5pm (made a reservation)! They have virtual darts that you can easily play for an hour or two. Our entire party was able to play the same game. We had a really fun time! I believe they opened just recently, since everything is clean and modern. Service was very sweet and attentive. They've also got fun bar snacks and creative cocktails.

I found this place to be big on curb appeal, but more pretentious than it needs to be. Pros: The games and ambience are perfect for date night or company outing. Cons: They could benefit from a happy hour, a few well known steakhouses just blocks away offer HH all day every day. Darts are $45 for 90 minutes Well drinks are double what they should be for the area. The bartenders measure like scientists with the jigger. Overall I feel like Golden Eye has potential but needs to make adjustments to keep up with the neighborhood.

Drinks are wonderful and Mike is the greatest bartender and host!! Will be back tomorrow for Happy Hour!! Great location and close to the ballpark.

Golden Eye Social will now and forever hold a special place in my heart and belly. My best friends rented a table and darts lane at golden eye after my fiancé proposed to me and I could not have wanted or wished for anything else. Levi - the amazing liquor wizard behind the bar made me any drink I could ever want and was incredibly hospitable. He even went as far as to help us take cute photos at the bar top and made sure to place the flowers in the perfect spot. He also found out from my fiancé that ducks were one of my favorite animals and he gave us two (which were decorations for a specific cocktail) and put a tiny napkin veil on it to congratulate us. There was another kind server that asked if she could help us take pictures because she loved our energy. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better way to end our getting engaged day. Ambiance: 10/10 Hospitality: 10/10 Alcohol/cocktails 10/10 Food: 10/10 P.S. one of the bathrooms has a really cool button.

I LOVED this place! Came on a Friday night with a reservation (on a surprise date with my partner). We got a private area with our own table and dartboard. The dartboard has a projector on it with an iPad where you can select from maybe 10 different games with different difficult levels. You can create your profile with a picture and start playing right away! They have a great selection of drinks and food. Sometimes with these types of places the food isn't so great but on this menu I wanted to order everything it looked so good! We had just had dinner lol so we only got the fries but they were outstanding - thin crispy with salt and pepper and mayo and ketchup to dip. Still thinking about them! Also the two hour reservation FLEW by - I thought I would just play for a few minutes and get kind of bored but I left wanting more time! This would be a great place for a party, staff was super nice.

From the very welcoming staff, good food and delicious drinks this place has it all. They have dart boards with many different games on it. It's almost as if the dart boards had a baby with top golf. There are also fun hidden stuff within the bar, one of the I came across is in the bathroom! Press the big red button on the wall and see for yourself! Special thanks to Mike running the bar, his knowledge and expertise on the drinks is top tier.

My new favorite! Top tier drinks, the Combination Finish is my personal favorite, and great food! The Golden Burger was soooo good and was a wonderfully filling portion. No sad thin burgers here, and lots of fries! The dart lanes are surprisingly really fun even if you don't have any experience (or skill) with darts! The games you can pick from give you different goals and rules, all with different animations and themes, so it isn't just the basic dart board game. Well worth the reservation if you want an activity for a friends happy hour, a casual date, or work event. Food pricing felt pretty standard, but the drink pricing will have you getting second and third rounds without clutching your wallet in fear. Where else downtown can you get a $15 espresso martini?? The service! The service is unmatched. The bartenders, and servers were all so friendly and eager to make sure you were enjoying yourself and had everything you needed. Even the managers were floating and making sure everything was perfect, checking in on tables and the staff. It's evident how much care they put into the place, and it felt like everyone was genuinely happy to be there. Conveniently located by lots of public transportation too. Less than a 10 min walk from bart/muni!

Came here for a double date a few weeks ago and had the best time! Overall vibe was upscale and fun. We ordered the burger and apps to share-- really excellent burger here. Loved loved loved the music they had going too! The darts interface was easy to navigate and had a variety of different dart game options with rules displayed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and we always felt like it was easy to check in with them or order more drinks/food. We will be back soon!

They hit a bullseye with this concept! Darts are always such an intimidating thing to play at a bar, so to include interactive games that aren't the classic 01 help to make it much more approachable for a novice dart player. Cocktails are stellar especially the Combination Finish and the El Jefe, and who can say no to that incredible bone marrow on the menu? Pair those with the incredible service and smiles from Levi and Mike, you'll definitely have an incredible time. Can't wait to play some darts before the next Giants game!

Context: We made and early reservation for 5pm last Saturday to set up a surprise engagement party for some friends that had gotten engaged that afternoon. Reservation: Booking online was very easy. We called in advance as well as we were a party of 7. They let us arrive early and set up the table with ballons and flowers. They also helped us out in booking the darts for an extended time as we were there from around 4pm to 9pm. Ambiance: Loved the entire vibe of this bar. I love darts, but most places I go to play darts can be a little annoying when it's just a group of girls (girls will get this). This place never felt un-comfy in that way. Dart boards were similar to how Top Golf is with different games. Was a lot of fun. Decor was very 70's aesthetics with a modern approach. Got a lot of great picks of the soon to be bride! Food: We ordered nearly all items on the menu. No complaints, all was tasty and fully demolished. Special shout out to the oysters. A lot of places like to get fancy and it doesn't work, but Golden Eyes were classic and perfect. Popcorn was a sneaky delight; we ordered 4 bowls. Drinks: Literally every drink was delicious. Some of our party does not drink and they made some off menu mocktails as well. Was delicous Staff: I want to end with the staff. Throughout the night several staff members came by to congratulate the happy couple. We were taken care of so well here. A staff member continuously would come by and help out by taking pics of the full group, so we'd have pictures of all us to remember the night. Overall: Loved this place. Made a very important night for our friend group extremely memorable. Thank you Golden Eye Team!

Mike is amazing and has great service. The drinks are fun and colorful. The food is soooo tasty. I spent my 35th birthday here, we had such a blast playing darts and will definitely return! The music was exceptional!

10 out of 10 experience Corey was the best bartender ever!! we had fun playing darts, and it was so fun. The drinks were bomb and the steak and frites were bomb as well. The oysters were top-tier the ambience vibes soooo good. We will definitely be returning for Corey customer service alone !!

Had such a fun time here! The food was delicious, the happy hour was fantastic, and the service was great! We had a blast playing darts, even though a few of ours weren't working perfectly. Still, it didn't take away from the overall experience. Will definitely be back!

The new spot on the corner of 3rd and Folsom FINALLY has something in the old Osha Thai spot! Love the cool art deco style. I wouldnt necessarily call myself a darts guy, that is until I went into Golden Eye. I played the Robin Hood game and the Battlefields. Super fun. Im bringing my team here to play. Had the Burger. Might be the juiciest burger Ive had in a very long time. Lots and lots of delicious onions. Thin fries just like I like it. Sat at the bar and chatted with Corey the bartender. Super personable, talks just enough to not be annoyed. "Awesome Sauce" HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOLDEN EYE!

Perfect ambience for a dart bar. It's big and they have enough seating if you don't want to play darts. The dart boards and the tech is good quality with multiple game options. The drinks are good as well. We went to play darts on a Saturday night. When we entered they told us the wait time is 20 mins so we decided to wait and order food. The menu is very limited for vegetarians so we ordered a very average tasting piece of mushroom ("entree"). 30 mins later they told us that the wait was 40 mins more. We wouldn't have waited or ordered food if we knew it would take so long. Hoping for better service next time! Edit: I went again and this time I made a reservation for a dart lane through Open Table. On the morning of the reservation someone from the bar texted us saying that the bar is closed for a private event and they could reschedule us for the next day. The next day we arrived at our scheduled time and they said that they don't take reservations and it would be a 30 min wait. When we showed them the text conversation, they brought the wait time down to 15 mins. Their system seems to be all over the place right now
