"This Vietnamese restaurant matches the energy of its Midtown Village location with DJs performing sets on the second floor, people wearing “look at me” outfits, a private karaoke room, and a bar that doesn’t close until 2am. It works better as a place to hang out next to neon than a straightforward place to eat phở, skewers, summer rolls, mini bánh mì, and other Vietnamese classics—all of which feel like a sidekick to the scene.
