Sly Fox Review - East Village - New York - The Infatuation

"Sly Fox is dark, dank, and half the time, the bartender is nowhere to be found. But none of that matters, because you can get a plate of pierogies with your horseradish vodka shots here. The bar is connected to Ukrainian East Village Restaurant, and you can order food from their kitchen until 10:30pm. Alongside some squeaky bar seats angled towards a TV, there are a few booths and tables in case you want to order a whole spread. This is helpful, because shots are $4, well drinks cost $7, and you’ll probably need something to soak up the booze if you take advantage of these facts. Remember Sly Fox when you need to save money, pick an early pre-game destination before moving onto a more expensive bar, or want a drink after a show at the Orpheum Theater nearby. photo credit: Alex Staniloff" - Neha Talreja
