"Papi Tacos is one of the newest taco spots in the entire city, but it only takes one bite of their goat birria to realize they’re on to something major. While you can come to this tiny taco window in Jefferson Park and load up on their fantastic tacos dorados, that would be a mistake. Go for the OG Plate instead, which gets you a taco dorado, well as a goat birria-filled mulita, quesataco, quesadilla, and consomé all for $11.99.
