"Margaux, formerly on the ground floor of the Marlton Hotel in Greenwich Village, is now all-day brasserie Chez Nous, serving leeks pavé, a niçoise salad, steak au poivre, and more. The redesigned room features mirror-lined walls, a glossy coffered ceiling, and crimson velvet furniture that should be able mask any red wine spills.
