NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation

"It’s fitting that Samsaen is located near Penn Station, because it’s a Thai train-themed restaurant (much like Sukh in Fort Greene). Inspired by the station that the chef grew up traveling through in Bangkok, the restaurant is full of leather suitcases, with a street food-filled menu. Expect things like morning glory with crispy pork belly, fried garlic pork ribs, and pad thai with jumbo river prawns." - will hartman, willa moore, molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah, bryan kim
