"Bye Bye Blues is a modern Mediterranean restaurant in Sicily helmed by Chef Patrizia Di Benedetto. It is the first and only Michelin-starred restaurant in Sicily run by a female chef. Popular dishes include squid ink cavatelli, tomato sorbet with burrata, Mazzara red prawn carpaccio, and watermelon jelly with jasmine flower curd and cheese.
