"Roonstrasse Synagogue, Kwartier Latäng Rathenauviertel. Built in 1899, destroyed in 1938 and rebuilt in the 1950’s, the Roonstraße Synagogue is the center of the Jewish communities of Cologne. The neo-Romanesque building is a beautiful landmark for the area. You can take a tour of the Synagogue in German, just don't forget your kippa!"
