Lekker Vegan, on the other hand, is changing this perception. It is the eco-conscious cousin of fast food outlets. They offer a chance to indulge in plant-based junk foods such as gourmet burgers, vegan nuggets, simple toasties, larger than life Gatsbys and vegan versions of classic fast food deserts such as soft serve and apple pie.
