"Stuffology, West Bottoms. This is where you go for antique lighting in KC. Owner Paul Kostrow has made a point of filling this shop with unique finds. What it may lack in perfectly merchandised vignettes, it makes up 10-fold in one-of-a-kind art, unique lighting and general oddities. 10 points when you find the small, taxidermy bobcat. On your way out, look under the world’s largest pendant light for “internationally collected artist / character actor" Michael McQuary gesturing quick ink portraits and generally making a splash here in KC. He did my portrait, and is a trip of the very good variety."
